They supply the parts and you can do the labor. That's how it usually works anyways, or at least a hefty discount.

So my initial purchase was through Downsouth Motorsports. Bought ADS front 2.5 Coilovers with Reservoirs, which cost me $1450. Let me just say, they were excellent to deal with and I will be purchasing through Micah for as long as I am in the off road game.

For the ADS coilovers? I would just call DSM and they'll hook you up.

I'm running a 14" 650lb spring with approximately 3/4" of thread on the drivers side and 1/2" on the passenger side. I'm at about an inch and a half of front lift. I like it low, more down travel and better ride. I still love them!

Looking at a set of these for a 1st gen x-cab v-6 auto Tacoma with probably 50# of added armor (skid plate) and wud like to get about 2.5" of lift . Do u think by preloading them more than u have would cause them to ride harsher ? Thanx

You could preload them more and get 2.5" of lift pretty easily. The ride would still be great!

Attempting to revive an ancient thread here, a favorite past time of mine. ADS folks, are you still big fans of your coilovers? I've been through a set of OMEs and 5100s in 5 years, and I'm sick of it. The ride quality has never impressed me that much either. And no, I don't take my 4Runner on insane crawling/fast trails that would make it reasonable for the shocks to blow this quickly. I'm still in college, but are ADSs worth drooling over and saving up for?
