Poll: Which rims, 6 spoke or 7 spoke?
I have two options for rims.
6 spoke 4runner rims (currently on) or 7 spoke fj rims.
I'm leaning towards the 7 spoke simply because they seem rare on 3rd gens.

I vote for 5 spoke but of the two you posted the 2nd picture with 7 is better.

Definitely the 7 spoke. Hands down one of the nicest looking OEM wheels Toyota has come out with.

I guess I'm in the minority, but I much prefer the 6 spokes that are currently on the truck.

Same here. I'm just not a fan of those FJ wheels. It's a matter of personal preference though.

I much prefer the factory 5 stars, but IMO, those 6 spokes look like they belong on a Dodge Caravan. I dig the 7 spokes far more than those 6 spokes.
I'd actually say that those FJ 7 spokes would be my second choice behind the factory 5 stars out of all the Toyota wheels. Good looking rims.

7-spoke would be my pick. Although I do like how you lined the 6-spokes so they are at the same angle. Looks sharp.

I didn't mean to do that haha.
I'm thinking I'll be going with the 7 spoke. I found them for $300 for 5 wheels/tires with less than 1000 miles on them. How could I resist?

That's an awesome deal. Most people here want at least $600 for just the wheels and $1200 if they have the crappy stock tires on them that I don't want anyway. I would be putting nice all terrains on them so the tires serve me no good. Worst case you can pick them up, keep the wheels and probably sell the tires for close to $300...

7 Spoke Wheels
I just added the FJ/Trail Edition wheels today. Switched from the 5 stars, though both are my top OEM picks.

I vote 6 spoke. 6 spoke with 6 lugs is more aesthetically pleasing vs. 6 lug with 7 spoke.
