Just got my Icons back from rebuild. One is messed up.
Obviously one is screwed up... I believe it's #1. Can you guys confirm, and perhaps let me know the issue?

i don't have any icons, but i can tell you that a pogostick compression and rebiound is not ideal in a shock/strut.

Yeah, I can see why that'd be...
Pretty pissed off as I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for these... Guy rebuilding them promised me dates 3-4 different times. The first time being 2 weeks ago.

Looks like the valve shims are missing. or no oil.

I agree but I refuse to believe he could put them back together and not replace the shims or not fill with oil...

I feel like someone forgot to fill them with oil, and just nitrogen. It's definitely not correct though haha. Down South Motorsports will get it right every time.

I've read that rebuilding these yourself is simple and cheap. I'd get your money back (at least half) and then DIY to ensure proper assembly.

Definitely looks like no valve shims as there is no restriction in the movement.

Got ahold of the owner and he's going to tear it apart and fix it Monday. Huge pain in my ass, but it'll have to do.
