toytec ultimate installed

Got the Ultimate installed today. Thought I would get more out of the OME 890's in the rear.

hub to fender measurements

F - 21 3/4
R - 21 5/8

Got about an inch of threads at the bottom of the front coil overs giving me about an 1/2 of rake. I do have about 100 lbs of stuff in the rear.

Very nice looking runner, that front bumper looks different, can you get a pic of that please?

Thumbs up

My 99 springs are 20.5" in the rear. I was going to go with 890's but decided to go with LC 8 wraps for more lift, smoothness of ride & the weight I'll have back there. I'll post final lift dimensions. It looks great though! You should measure with nothing in the back.

I had OME 906 is the rear before the upgrade and the rear was 21 1/2. I was hoping to get at least an additional inch of lift.

Yeah, Shrockworks that explains it. From the first profile pic it looks almost like that center hoop is angled backwards towards the grill or is it just my eyes?

The ride is fantastic. The rear is so much more controlled and planted

You have a fine looking Runner there sir. Great color combo and color matching the bumpers was definately the right way to go and the clear corners up front really set it off. Simply beautiful.

So I have been running this lift for about a week now and removed the rear bumper and trailer hitch to install a new plate bumper. While running around with these removed the rear springs are now making a squeaking noise with any little bit of movement. For example while parked I can rock the car back and forth and hear the squeeking coming from what appears to be the area around the top of the springs.

Any ideas? The cones are in good shape. The springs are seated correctly and setting in the keys correctly. They did not do this until I rode around with the weight removed off the rear.

No idea why but to find the source of the squeek spray a lubricant on each place it may come from. Just do it one at a time. When the squeek stops that's where it came from and investigate further.
