Proper inflation for a P265/70R16 tire

...on a stock 2001 4Runner? What should me PSI be?

Thanks!

Or whatever the door jamb sticker says, what do I know.

Thanks. Is the P265/70R16 the stock size tire?

Yeah its the stock size. Here is a door jamb sticker that says the correct tire pressure is 32 psi.

PLEASE search or check your owners manual before posting

I went to this site because I did not want to go out to my truck and get the manual out. If you are bothered by a thread on a message board, just ignore it...

Don't you have to get out to the truck and inflate/check the tires anyways? As helpful as this forum is, we really can't hold your hand through everything especially something like this.

Note: I can't think of a modern car that DOESNT have the tire information on the door jamb. Some volvos had it on the driver rear door but that's about it.

Exactly, forums are here to help you out with things you actually need assistance on. Not to answer dumb questions like this. Going and opening the door would have taken less time, or just a quick google search...

I was on my computer doing other things and the question popped in my head. I posted the question to see if someone happened to know the answer and could help me out real quick. I don't understand why everyone is so upset. I can tell you I would not be upset if people saw this post and ignored and it...

How did anything get accomplished before the internet was available to consult for every silly little thing that people think of? Sheesh...

sadly, in this day and age, you don't even qualify for a "trying" trophy.
