I got mine to him on Friday, and he had it repaired (including lighting upgrade), shipped, and back in my hands on Tuesday. The climate control unit works like a dream now, and I can actually see the display.

Dude- you are da man. Anyone else thinking about doing this, it's absolutely worth every penny, and John is legit.

Thank you to John for repairing my unit. None of the buttons functioned anymore, only the 2 dials worked, and the backlight were burned out. I went with the LEDs, it looks very good so id reccomened that to others considering having it done. Turnaround was super fast too.

Should have done this 4 years ago. Everything is working great. Thank you again.

Another happy customer! Took about a week total time. The post office is the delay. Sending a parcel CA <=> NJ at a reasonable rate takes several days. The unit was repaired and upgraded to the green lights in a day.
Adjustable temperature is a first world comfort again. Thanks John!
