Alright, I've got to give John public credit here. I just sent him my climate control unit, which was "glitchy" and had no lighting any longer. I got mine to him on Friday, and he had it repaired (including lighting upgrade), shipped, and back in my hands on Tuesday. The climate control unit works like a dream now, and I can actually see the display.
Dude- you are da man. Anyone else thinking about doing this, it's absolutely worth every penny, and John is legit.
