Sounds like its time for new struts and shocks... +1 on pictures.
The fronts you would probably need to go to a shop, but the rears are very easy to do yourself. If you can take a tire off, you can change the shock.
If you buy new, I strongly recommend the Bilstein 5100 series if you are going to keep the stock springs. Most people consider a very mild lift at this stage too.
If you want to go cheap as possible, you can always ask around for sometimes factory take-off suspension that goes for cheap.
