Poor idle after installing 7th injector

Hello-

Just got done installing URD upgraded full pump, 7th injector and PCU and 2.2 pulley. After doing the fuel pump first drove 4Runner ran as usual, after installing 7th injector and PCU and pulley it will barely idle, I have to rev motor at 1500rpm for it to smooth out, I removed the 2.2 pulley and replace it with stock and same results, poor idle, barely runs, this is a used kit, is it possible the previous owner had a tune to the ECU which is causing the issue? I've checked my hose connections everything appears to be fine, I removed the line off the 7th injector and there was fuel dripping from that, so I assume the 7th injector is getting fuel. I'm stumped here! Maybe I need to locate a cord for the PCU and default it back to stock URD settings?

Thanks for any advice

Could be the wiring diagram is wrong or something? I just had an issue similar to this with a new one. Are you getting any fault codes? Mine wasn't reading the O2 sensor and I was getting a fault for it and was running like crap.

I emailed URD and they had me switch the O2 sensor wiring from the pink and pink/blue to the white and white/green wires. All they said it was a different channel used for the O2 reading that isn't normally used. Makes me wonder if something is wrong with my unit but after switching the wires everything runs smooth.

Definitely check the wiring, what year is your Runner? I would see if you can find the TIS documentation for the ecu, very helpful.
