I just remembered that I never posted the pictures of my newly redesigned bumper from KOH weekend. It was mainly from Tack Hammer trail but some of it was from other random trails.

Once I build my front bumper and new rear LCA's then I might get started on a rear bumper. I might do skids first though

AssBurns 2000 Limited Build Thread
Took some measurements this weekend while trying to figure out some panhard stuff.
If you count the 1/4" of give in bump stops then I have 12" of vertical travel with these shocks. Not too sure how it compares with other lifts but if I went another 1" or 2" I would for sure spit a coil. When fully drooped I was able to pull my passenger coil easily with a pry bar and the drivers side not much harder. I had to pull the shocks to put the coils back in easily though.
I took a measurement of fully drooped to bump stop.
Then fully compressed

Found a sweet spot off some trail to do a 'flex test'. No idea why it's here but I like it and I'm going to keep it my little secret so the gates getting to it don't get closed and locked.

So the other day I started getting a misfire but no CEL. I went ahead and checked the plugs, and they all looked good. I got new wires and boots, cleaned the MAF, IAC and throttle body. Replaced the PCV valve. My brother let me borrow his OBDII reader that uses the DashCommand app. We cleared the codes and cylinders 3 & 6 came back within an hour of driving around town. So I ordered a new coil and MAF sensor. Here are all the codes that came back yesterday afternoon.
I think my CEL is out...

Cool build. I really like your rear shock setup. Kudos for making what you can't buy

Always replacing things it feels like. I guess at almost 200,000 miles and off-roading almost every weekend things will wear out and break often.
Steering rack bushings
Broken Rear UCA
Worn out LBJs
Cost me an extra $20 to buy new UCA with bushings installed rather than replace just the bushings. Saved $20 worth of my time easily.
Now I need to find out why this is happening again. I replaced bearings and seals 5 months ago. I think I may have a bent axle.
