Yes. Fantastic looking exhaust. I'm pleased but will have to do a before and after video.

I think I paid $775 or more for them.

Trust me, that's a lot for an exhaust system I know. I just found a link for a set from Boch Toyota but you need to call first. A lot of times you may find them on the website but they actually don't have them since they are a discontinued item. Give them a call if you're ready...

Being stainless steel is a huge plus, I've heard to be careful of aftermarket exhausts after the muffler part due to it not being true ss

Decided on a Toytec Lift because it was well thought out, tried and true, great reputation as a proven performer. Furthermore, it was exactly what I was looking for to meet my needs.

TRD Headers and Diffs Arrived

Well, nothing like having the work piling up on me with little down time. This past Saturday I came home to three boxes delivered from ECGS. Both the front and rear fully assembled 4.88 diffs arrived along with a box of Lucas oil.

Today I came home to a nice box with TRD on the side of it. My headers arrived.

PN - 00602-17141-007 These fit the 1999-2001 4runner V6 - 2WD &4WD LEV spec only. Basically a dual cat. I'm pretty sure all domestic T4R's from 2001 up are FED/LEV. I'll edit if I'm wrong.

The good thing is the headers came with the improved bolts with the springs. I hope I'm not chasing exhaust leaks one they're installed. With the SC installed, I hope I can manage the heat in the engine bay. I have some concerns, but am happy to "open" the exhaust first on this motor before installing the SC.

Here's some pics for you.

I've also included all 12 pages of the instructions in PDF format.

Found them on eBay being offered by Fremont Toyota out of Fremont Cali. Less than one hour from you. I've been checking everyday for months. Gave them a call first to make sure this was real. Sure enough. The last one. I saw that Boch may have them but call first. Good luck!!

This is what I entered everyday Headers Link

Here's the link to Boch. They're still listed but call first. They don't always delete their discontinued items off their search.

Nice! I did the same thing. I had a feeling I might end up SC'ing so when my exhaust manifold cracked I replaced it with the Doug Thorley Headers. Then when my muffler got a hole in I bought the JBA Stainless cat back. Dont forget the highflow cat.

Edit: I didn't didn't realize it came with a resonator & I read about the cat.

Not yet. Gears are going in this weekend. Exhaust is next week. I'm doing some recording this morning. First one is 4.10's at 70mph with standard exhaust, ISR and deck plate mod. Next will be the 4.88's at 70mph with standard exhaust, ISR and deck plate mod.

Doing some before sound recording today with stock 4.10's on the highway and then the 4.88's installed and stock exhaust. Next week I'll install the exhaust and do the after recording with the 4.88's on the highway.
