Hello, everyone hopefully someone can help me out on this forum. I know your saying another typical dash rattle thread...

Anyway, I'm driving a 96 4Runner that is getting a weird dash rattle noise. It sounds like it is coming from the corner of the Driver's side dash or the bottom area next to the foot well. The problem is that this rattle happens loudly at 50 mph. I can only hear on the inside of the truck. Crosswind's seem to make it worse. I have taken apart my dash, taken apart my driver side door, checked and taken apart the front driver's side wheel well, checked the engine bay and underneath the truck, checked the wiper arms and motor assembly, taken apart the grill that covers the wiper motor and checked inside the door area and still no luck!

Has anyone experienced something like this? It's driving me crazy and has slowly gotten louder. Stealership says that they can't find it either and at first I thought it was my steering rack but it's not that either!

I'm lost and don't know what else to check. Thanks alot in advance.
