I am so bummed he's not selling it anymore. I'd been saving for a while and hesitated a couple of weeks because I started thinking about gears. Guess I hesitated a couple of weeks too long.
4xi is next on the list, but I REALLY wanted a Savage bumper.

It seems that I might have one his last rear bumpers. Maybe he'd be open to selling the plans, templates, jigs, etc. to someone who wants to bring it to market...

I was on that waiting list for a long time, as I just missed the last round of rear bumpers. I'm really disappointed because I do have their front bumper and wanted a rear to match the style, plus people who were on their waiting list did not get any follow-up email or update that they have discontinued their rear bumper.
I ended up ordering a rear bumper from Addicted-Offroad, since their bumper is similar, they just dont produce a rear swingout. I'm going to buy a swingarm from either 4xi or 4x4 labs and just custom fab a way to attach it to the addicted rear bumper. It has been done before as I've seen a few pictures of some on this very forum.
If you do live near addicted-offroad, they will actually attach a swing arm to their bumper, but they will only do this if you bring your rig to their shop. Just food for thought.

I was between these two bumpers 4x Innovation and Savage. I was on the waiting list when it first came out, but ultimately decided to not wait for the unknown to come out, and went with 4x Innovations.
Now... If i were looking today, I would take a CLOSE look at eyemkeith 's rear bumper he is working on. The thing looks slick with nice high clearancing.

Oh I get excited every time I see he's posted on instagram. I gotta wait for the non-body lift version though, and I'm not thrilled about welding another bumper together in my driveway.

Any plans for running a swing out? Or are you going to leave it as is?

I'm selling my Savage rear bumper. Located on Sonoma county California, would consider driving 3-4 hours to meet a serious buyer halfway geographically. I will be on an overland trip to Colorado in September, so some delivery options will be available. I'll put this in the for sale forum after I wash off the trail dust and take some photos, but thought I'd mention it in this thread for the Savage enthusiasts to get first pick!
Why am I selling? I'm very close to buying a new rig, and the bumper is worth more off the vehicle. I also still have the pristine OEM bumper taking up space that I'd like to get back!
It is without any swing out, powder coated textured black when I bought it new in November 2017. I have not modified it in any way, and it has no trail rash. Powder coat is holding up great.
$650 or make an offer, but I'm not in a rush.
Send a PM

I tried to DM you but I may have fumbled as I don't see it in my Sent folder. I think I'm your buyer and I live in the Bay Area - let's talk!
