New 99 tall springs and OEM struts; rear spring/shock recommendations?

Fairly long initial post, but I've learned from reading to front load as much of the information as possible to give the complete picture.
'98 T4R Auto LTD 4x4. 209k miles.
Owned since 60k miles. Had struts and shocks replaced at 80k with entry level Ranchos. Stock springs front and back.
Recently noticed that road bumps were not being handled by the suspension and started doing the replacements.
New lower ball joints, front upper ball joints, front upper control arm bushings, front stabilizer links and bushings, front 99 tall springs, and OEM struts. Listed all the parts replaced for context.
Dealership quoted an insane figure to do lower control arm bushings due to steering rack removal and requiring full LCA replacement. So LCA or LCA bushings are on hold.
The ride on the front feels better (but not perfect) so now I'm on to the rear suspension spring/shock selection.
Front spring/strut selection was based on the 3rd Gen 4Runner Lift Information and FAQ's. Wanted an inch or two of overall lift w/o need to mod CV joints or brake lines.
Primary usage is onroad daily driver use. Second would be carrying cargo/full rear seat complement of passengers or pulling a trailer without embarrassing amount of rear sag. Third would be offroad handling. Willing to trade a bit of onroad handling to get the non-saggy rear capability.
Was going to do 99 tall and OEM shocks for rear, but came across some articles that make me want add'l input from the forum members.
The ToyTec Superflex rear coils seem to have the properties I want: having a soft ride while not sagging under load since I want to be able to carry cargo or pull a trailer w/o having the typical sag.
ToyTec Superflex Rear Coils

Now onto the questions:

Group 1
1A - How long till the front springs settle in?
1B - How much drop in height once settled?
1C - Right now the front's "softness" to absorb bumps feels about the same as before, just not as much "rattle" to it. Will it get softer?

Group 2
2A - What rear shock to pair with the Superflex rear coil with and how would you describe the ride quality?
2B - How would your rear shock/Superflex rear coil match up with the front 99 tall/OEM strut? Ride harshness, height?

Group 3
3A - If not the Superflex, what spring and shock combo and why?
3B - How would your rear spring/shock combo match up with the front 99 tall/OEM strut? Ride harshness, height?

Group 4
4A - What vendor do you suggest for your recommendations?

Thanks for reading this novella!
