Possible fix for the steering wheel shake

I just wanted to throw this out there. I had the dreaded shake from like 55-75mph. I had my tires road force balanced, still shook. I just put a 880/906 lift on my 97. I also replaced the front shocks with the Tundra 5100's. I drove it on the Interstate for the first time this morning since I installed the lift and noticed the shake is gone. I gotta pull the fronts back off and raise the collar on the 5100s to the second notch, so I haven't even gotten an alignment yet. I think it was my old shocks that were the culprit because when I had them off, I compressed them and one would barely come back out. Just a heads up.

I did my suspension in two stages. First I replaced the shocks. I still had the shakes. After I replaced the springs 6 months later the shakes went away.
