2000 T4R on Craiglist with manual AND auto transmission
Saw this gem browsing Craigslist today. Maybe they are selling because they had issues shifting with the manual transmission?

Looks like the poster has no clue that that's the 4wd shifter.

"just a slight tear" in the seats. Dude. There's nothing slight about any of that.
What a gem!

This is why I hate leather interiors. Looks great new, two years later looks like my high school dorm couch after a weekend party.

I wonder how bad the 4wd works after he's been using it to shift on the freeway.

It has a pressure sensitive, electronic clutch "pad". Here's a picture of mine:

He said it needs to be replaced since every time he depresses it — the truck comes to an abrupt halt...

what's worse is the person who believes the Ad. They must have an alarm reminding them to breathe.

Just a tiny surface blemish that's probably been there since new. A little duct tape and you'll never even notice it.

I saw this ad while searching Houston's Craigslist for a new 4runner. I'm currently on the search for a 3rd gen 4wd. Have two 2wd currently.
