I recently picked up a ARB Compressor and got it installed to my switch panel. One of the last few things I needed for a big upgrade soon to come.

Untitled

I decided to delete the cruise control for this install because its a nice spot for the compressor and it is also something that I never use.

Untitled

A nice big spot for it!
Untitled

Whipped up a bracket out of 1/8" plate.

Untitled

Untitled

Painted and installed.

Untitled

Untitled

Stoked with how it turned out. This will also serve as a great backup to my CO2 setup or if I don't want to lug the CO2 tank around this a nice alternative.

Hey man I just bought the same Bumper with the swingout tire. Want to ask you a question. To install the bumper is just the 6 bolts on the bottom that come with it. thanks...

From what I recall yes, there may have been one on the side for each but I would have to go and look.

Sadly, no. Just a one-off. Way too much time involved to consider selling them, much too busy as it is.

Some updates on this lovely holiday weekend.

I took the fullsize on a trip down to Mexico for the Baja 1000, that was a freaking blast. It started with a 1 week renovation of a $150 camper I bought on marketplace.

Untitled

Untitled

I got all the appliances working and installed a new freshwater system in it. I also wired it up to plug into the gooseneck trailer wiring on my truck. Stoked how it came out for a total of about $1300 all said and done and a week of afternoons well late nights working on it.

Untitled

The trip was awesome as well.

Untitled
Untitled
Untitled Untill i blew up my transfer case due to "pump rub" which is a common issue on these trucks.
Untitled

Then, on the 4runner got this setup finally and replaced my switch covers thanks to ebay.

That camper renovation was so fun to watch unfold, you sure made quick work of that impressive project. This probably sounds weird, but man do you make me feel unaccomplished considering we're the same age, haha. Sure hope we get to wheel together one day. Rock on man!

Thanks Roman! It's hectic at times for sure, but I certainly love to be busy.

Haven't done much at all other than lending it out to a friend for a week while his truck was down and take it out for a recovery mission.

I did switch up the wheel setup a bit. These are FN 16" Five Stars. The trade came with some bald"ish" KM3's but I plan to switch over to General Grabber X'3 in the near future.

Untitled

Untitled

Also, my axle seal said goodbye again. (3rd time in 12 months) Probably need to look into the bearing job or something. The Axle shaft and housing seams straight, everything is new.

Untitled

Recoverd a buddy who got his JK stuck up Argentine Pass by himself.

Ha, thanks, man! Spent a better part of a day making it. Took my time for sure.

The bearing only has around 5k-6k miles on it. The wheel doesn't wobble or anything, no excessive play, and doesn't make any noise or feel gritty.

Finally making some moves on the ole 4Runner!

Took it out for the last time for the next few weeks the other night.

Untitled

The diffs came out and are being sent off to Pheonix @Black798 to get 5.29's and an ARB Front Locker finally!!!

I also have some minor maintenance things to do and a pile of parts to weld on. Total Chaos Cham Tab Gussets, Total Chaos Coil Bucket/UCA Gussets, 8" Limit straps for the front finally, and @eimkeith Coil Top Plate Gusset thing. I may not have time to weld that all on here super soon, but I'll at least get the diffs done and the front locker working! I also have been collecting a few parts to get an Eimkieth Rear Bumper on the back of this thing!

In other news, I built a flatbed for my Duramax and got a new camper, the racecar is doing well and we are getting faster and faster, and my girlfriend bought a badass 92 Land Cruiser that has already been on the trailer once.
