wire harness
concerning the harness that goes under the engine containing the starter cables, can that be removed separately, or is it attached to something else?

thundercloud, tundra brake upgrade with 231's, 906's/billies rear, 5100's/stock coils on 4th groove front, ISR/deck plate mod, ford trans cooler mod, 99-00 grille swap, led conversion, 17" 2014 SR5 wheels wrapped with cooper AT3's, 265/70/17

Everything attached to the engine is part of one harness.

i was looking at it briefly and it looks like it is independent. power comes from the fuse box/battery.
