Driver side front and rear lower than passenger side!

So both front and back of my driver side is lower than my passenger side. Is this just a case of new shocks/springs? I went under neath and saw that the stabilizer bar was not mounted on the drivers side. Can this have anything to do with it. I can see it affecting the front not the rear though.

Some inforation is its a 97 sr5 5speed that's lived it's whole life in Michigan so it's got rust and the odometer reads 185,xxx miles and the suspension does look like it's the original.

I believe it has to do with the gas tank and weight of the driver constantly having more weight on the drivers side suspension side than the passenger side. I have about a half inch lean on my drivers side, also i own a ford explorer that has the same gas tank location on the drivers side and it leans also

I fixed my lean with a 1.5" spacer on the driver rear coil. 4th gen guys swear by it. Took all of 15 min to install. I bought a pair, so the other is sitting in the garage. I'll let it go for half of what I spent on the pair. PM me of you want it.
