Need some input on front suspension

I'm running tundra bilsteins on the second perch with eibach coils on both sides.

So recently my front end was feeling a little sloppy and low and behold my passenger side tundra bilstein was blown. My buddy works at a shop so he just ordered a new one and sent the old back as a warranty issue. I haven't done any major wheeling at all so I was shocked it was blown. I get the new one on and do some measurements, driver side is a tad over 23 in. hub to fender, passenger is a tad over 24 in. hub to fender.

I have done plenty of searching and I can't seem to find anyone with this same problem. I know my rear LC coils came with one bigger than the other to compensate for the lean but I don't think the eibachs are side specific. I'm planning on just putting the passenger side on the first perch and keeping the driver side on the second. I've also never seen anyone do that.

Could my alignment be that messed up? What I mean is could the LCA cams be making one side higher than the other?

Anyone with the same setup care to take some measurements or have any input on this issue?

I've heard if people running different perch levels to compensate for driver side lean.

I guess I'll move the passenger side down a perch and take some measurements. I just don't remember there being any lean at all when I had tundra trd springs with the tundra bilsteins, had them both on the second perch and the front was level.

I'm either going to lower the passenger side, or possibly lower both sides to the first perch and put a 1/4 in top hat spacer on the drivers side.

Anyone else with this same lift want to chime in with some measurements, on the first or second perch?
