It depends on you and your truck. If you can do the service yourself then why pay a dealer. If you just want them to look at everything and say it is all good, then maybe it is worth it. Personally I would not pay a dealer for much. If you have an auto you may want to have the tranny flushed, and if you don't want to do the coolant then maybe have that done as well. Also at 90 you are due for a T-belt, that might be a bit ambitous depending on you ability, you may also want to consider a water pump and belt as long as you're there. Things like diff fluid, transfer case, engine oil, lubing driveshaft you can do yourself, but if it's only $100 extra for everything why not just save yourself the hassle.
