Neither of the links work. But you can find projectors on Amazon for really cheap. Just type in mini h1 bi xenon projectors and chose the ones you like. Make sure the h1 mini projectors have adapters for h4 bulbs.

You can get any H4 HID kit you want (4runners harness is h4). But you will need to get h1 bulbs for the mini projectors (they only take h1 bulbs). And make sure your bulbs are bi-xenon so that the high beam and low beam are in one bulb.

And then the h1 bulb will plug right into the h4 HID kit (should include harness and ballast for each head light) and then the h1 bulb will go inside the projector.

I know I just threw a lot at you but I can most likely answer any questions about projectors or HID kits themselves

According to that website, those projectors actually do take h4 bulbs so that simplifies it some. I don't know anyone who has ran those projectors but I'm not sure how good they would fit because of their oval shape but I think they would work.

I've always used circular projectors and shrouds but I believe they should work.

Thanks! The situation is that I want to use this HID kit (Xenon for low and halogen for high) since the bi-xenon is illegal for my 4Runner 1999 here in PR.

Interesting... Want to see how this turns out.

I just bought a H4 kit to put in the stock housing and while it is bright, the output is messy. It would be nice to do a retrofit that could use the H4 bulbs and not require any cutting of the housing. Especially under $75 (excluding the HID kit).

Picture of current 5000k HID output:
