Bushings on the new frame, upper and lower CAs, and rear control arms were tight so I'm using those. Did front swaybar maybe three years ago. Rears seem fine, and who cares anyway? Frame donor was a 2001 and was in the junkyard since 2010, so it had about half the number of years mine did, and they weren't bad. It had less than 100k. So no, don't feel it necessary.
No pictures inside frame, but what I can see through holes looks good.
Engine seals? No. No point, trans is still on. Anyway, rear was done with clutch last year and fronts were done with timing belt year before that. Sorry, I don't understand "etc."? I maintain my dang engine and now is not the time to do anything to it anyway. I did fuel pump and strainer since tank was out, replaced muffler and tailpipe, UBJs and LBJs, ITREs and OTREs, front brake pads and rotors, and rear shocks will get done because one snapped coming off. Those things are a joy to do in the middle of a frame swap. So much easier. I can even torque my rear shock top nuts. Who gets to do that?

Update; Been a while since my last post. Wire-wheeled and degreased the whole underbody. Spot Metal prep and POR15 where there was visible rust, except one bad spot that I will deal with later. The frame won't be in the way. Then applied POR15 Rubberized Underbody Coating over the whole thing.
Now it's time to start moving the frame back under the truck. This is a non-trivial exercise.

So here we go. Rear end slides in just in front of the body jackstands with the trans jack supporting the rear slotting in between the two legs of the engine crane. Trans jack is set so hitch is just barely higher than the top of the crane legs.
A few inches at a time, using a 2x4 as a lever, she gets further in.

Now she is lined up side-to-side, and the trans jack has gone as far back as it can go because of the rear crane leg. Time to jump the trans jack to the other side of the crane leg. First, support the frame with air jack:
And move the trans jack to underneath the hitch on the other side:L

So now we can go in a little deeper. The oil sump just clears the top of the frame:
Until the lower control arm bracket bumps up against the front crane leg. This was the bracket that had fallen off, so I didn't have to deal with this coming out. I was nervous, but I had plans for dealing with it.

First, we substitute the rolling hydraulic jack for the furniture dolly in front. The jack only goes in a straight line--but that's all I need from here on--and it lets me raise the front up and down just as the trans jack lets me move the rear up and down. Every few inches, I have to adjust something.
Then with my trusty 2x4 on the near side, I can tilt the frame and jump that bracket over the leg,
Phew, I didn't even have to use Plan B or Plan C. Now I can get that troublesome bracket all the way to the rear crane leg.
....AND that's as far as I got today. The next jump for that bracket over the rear leg may need Plan B or C. I really hope I don't have to use C (Jack the body up higher on one side). And after that, it should be clear sailing until the frame is in position to be raised.
Here is the view from the front as I left it tonight:
I had a little trouble keeping the jack on the cross-member, so I removed the jack pad and stuck a lawn-mower hitch pin down through the holes in the cross-member and into the jack lift pipe. Works great.
If you can't see the pics, they are all in the album I have up at:

Thanks, guys, for the compliments. At times I thought I was nuts, but now I can taste success. This is just a teaser, I'll post more tonight, but here is where I was when I knocked off for lunch. Less than three feet to go!:
This morning's insight:
I learned you can move the hydraulic jack side to side by pulling up on the handle so the rear wheels leave the ground, then swivel the jack on just its front wheels so the jack points to the left or right, adjust position, then swing it back to the front the same way. Very helpful.

Ok, Here is the story of today. Managed to jump the bracket over the first crane leg by cranking the engine crane as high as it would go without lifting the body, and then letting the frame twist on its long axis:
Got me all the way to the second crane leg, but now no room at the top to get it over the leg:
The bottom of the transfer case was blocking the passage of the rear strut mounts and their transverse support members:
The issue was the transverse bar was not holding the TC high enough even though it was at the max of the jackstands holding it up. So I had to pull the transverse bar and put my airjack right under the TC to give me those critical inches:

If I had the time, ability, patience and tools to pull this off.. This is great. I need to do this somehow.

And on we go, the dang bracket is now past the second crane leg, but now the air jack is in the way of further progress as the next transverse member gets to it (this was the advantage of the transverse bar):
I got around that by playing leapfrog with the airjack and moving it to the other side of the cross-member. This pic shows just how tight it was at the top getting the high point of the frame past the TC:
And onward inch by inch until I hit my next issue--the tailpipe won't go past the rear body jackstand, and there is no way to get that hanger off because the muffler won't move.
I had to take a sawzall to the rubber hanger and push the tailpipe to the inside. Bad calculation on my part--I thought I had the space or that I could get the hanger off if I needed to. So this is where I broke for lunch, only about three feet to go. The back is clear of all obstacles, but now I need to fit the front strut towers past the front of the body, and get the diff support over the crane leg.

After lunch, time to play leapfrog with the airjack again,
and start to push the front strut towers around the A/C condenser, wow, it's tighter than frog p*ssy:
All of a sudden it won't go any further, even though I swear I have 1mm of daylight everywhere. WTF? I look all over the frame, and the I spot it. The spare tire support bar manage to spear the end bracket on the e-brake cable:
So, undo that, and it's moving again. Now the jack in front is against the front crane leg, but it's only inches to go:
First, time to reposition the rear jack so I can work that end with some precision:
Then use a 2x4 on the very front of the frame to roll the last few inches into exact position. See the bamboo stick on the left goes through the body mount bolt-hole on the body and right into the matching hole on the frame--dead plumb!
Then jigger the rear and do the same thing on the opposite corner:
The frame is in position to be lifted into place. Time for a swim and a cold beverage. They can't stop me now.
