T4R buyer sought, not sure on the forum etiquette
I'm a member of a few different interest forums, and I know all differ in etiquette regarding "outing" or listing for sale on the board versus classifieds, etc.
My ex wife has one, that was just diagnosed with a differential in need of replacement.
She's dealing with a dad in ailing health, is driving a ton, wants better mileage, loves it to death, but her 2001(?) Gen 3 with 160K on the clock, in Imperial Jade, has gotta go, she can't handle the $3 to $4K cost for repair, to then keep getting 16mpg.
Not my truck, not my sale, I'm more looking to help out the community if the repair isn't a concern for you, and you want a REALLY clean, well respected ex show truck (customized throughout, but nicely, and non destructively) that is worth more than zip code and BlueBook says it is, (which is insulting, I know from when a deer hit told me how much insurance felt my '96 was worth), then I'm here to help....
I'm happy to post her pics here once she gets them to me, connect buyer with her, etc. I'm not brokering, or making a dime.
If I need to post an add just say the word.

I appreciate your honesty and asking before posting a formal ad.
It looks like you’re in Upstate NY…you may want to call the folks at The 4x4 Center in South Burlington, VT. They may know someone who wants it or an employee may as well.
When I hit the trails around here (northern VT/upstate NY), a surprising number of conversations involve someone saying, “well I got the idea from a guy at the 4x4 Center….”
I have no connection to The 4x4 Center except having them do a job once. I was treated well and I was updated daily as the work progressed.

Politely, where?
I looked all over, searched "for sale" and all I get is a list of threads with those words in them.
GreenMountainOwl thanks, I'll give them a shout too.
Pics, since someone asked, and again, if paid ads are an expectation here, please speak up, I know all forums run differently....

Show truck from KY, bought in 2016 (if memory serves) with 75K on it. Never saw rain, let alone snow.
Tons of carbon interior stuff, Alpine system with DVD screens in the headrests, custom interior upholstery (some of the joinery is giving way a little), the pics kinda tell the tale.
4 good snows mounted on steel rims are part of the package too.
All service was done on time, just how she is.
Had an electronic rust buster installed before it's first winter, and other than minor running board rust starting, it's shockingly clean, I know the argiments fly on that rust protection thing, but I had one once in a Taco I bought, cleanest upstate NY owned vehicle I ever hd, was still that when I sold it, so I'm a believer.
I can be easily contacted through my business website, happy to pass on her info in that relative privacy.
Bicycle Repair Shop
Again, my ex wife, (we're okay with eachother obviously), so I'm not makning a dime, just helping her out, and maybe getting someone a really great little tank.
Wish I could steal her hood!!

Yes, this belongs in the classifieds. You should post an ad in the classifieds. People looking to buy vehicles are not typically searching in this forum.

That could fetch some Good money, assuming no rust, rear ends are cheap and swapping one in isn't too expensive, had one done for $400, parts included on my grandfathers rig. Luck and don't go down on price, its about supply and demand.

Hey! Saw your message, responded, twice now.
She traded it in yesterday, but it's still local, going to be locally auctioned soon. Big, respected local place, not one of these turn and burn national chains.
You, or anyone who's of a mind, I'll help if I can, so speak up fast.
She traded it for $3K so I'd assume that's the starting bid.
She couldn't wait. I tried!!
