Greasing driveshafts?

Could you use this product on the driveshafts to reduce or eliminate that annoying clunk? I plan to pump some grease into the u-joint, double-cardans, and slip yokes when I get a chance.

Redline CV-2 grease

What brands of grease do you all use? I believe the Redline CV-2 is a synthetic moly based nlgi2 but I haven't been able to locate any synthetic lithium based product yet. Can I mix synthetic with conventional stock grease? I presume whatever's in the driveshafts now is probably just conventional.

So to summarize:
u joints and slip yokes - lithium base grease
double cardan joint - moly based grease
is this correct?

if you regularly grease your fittings, using anything other than regular grease is a waste of money.
