Officially part of the go big or go home crowd!

Light bar that is.

50" Rigid E Series all spot on my own homemade mounts. I got this thing used for a steal on craigslist I just couldn't say no.

Brackets mounted.

TOO HIGH!

Much better.

Mounts trimmed down ready to go.

It's bright but how bright, can't wait for night...

OH HOT DAMN!

You see that tree line?

Yeah, That tree line? The one that's 650ft away according to Google maps?

This guy though he could hide from me at the tree line. Nope.

Looking back at the sun from the tree line, no wonder these things are illegal.

This thing is a freaking LASER CANNON!!!

That light is cool, but your mounting is hideous! There is a supplier on this forum that makes really nice low profile mounts that will make that light bar sit where it should. ;)

Props for doing it your self. But if you go through woods. It's going to catch up on tree branches. So be careful

I actually searched and found someone who makes 3rd gen mounts but not for a 50" bar. The bar is a bit over sized for our trucks admittedly. The mounts look much better now that the bar has been lowered more appropriately and I cut off the excess.

The camera angles make it look higher than it really is. As it sits currently it's actually about an inch lower than the stock roof rack load rails so height isn't a big issue, as for width, not much I can do about that!

That's amazing output, as is usually the case with the latest generation of optics, but I really wish there were warmer color temperature options. The 6500k drives me up the wall. Gratz on deal bud!

Everybody really loves their light-bar right after they get it . I have a 42 inch above my windshield and I think it's the perfect size. 50 is a little big but it still looks great. I'd recommend getting what the others suggested with the low-profile that a member around here makes.

Keep your sunglasses on you at night, and listen to ZZ Top.

You can call your truck Ra, the sun god.

Definitely giving you props for mounting yourself.

50 is a little big and I would never end up using it. I plan on getting a 20 in the future.

Best of luck and the thing looks crazy bright!
