There are beginning to be more and more 3rd Gens that are running Dual Cases. So Post up a pic or Video of your Rig and give us the info. Then what you like or dislike, and what will be the next step for you. In post 2 I will keep an updated Build thread list.

EDIT: Since 35's are really a secondary issue we have decided to drop that part of this Thread so tire size will not be a factor.

So Here is mine

1998 SR5
3.4 supercharged
5 speed
Trail Gear Adapter Plates 2.3 crawlbox with stock rear case
4.88:1 Axle Ratios
ARB air lockers front and Rear
35x12.5R17 Goodyear MTR's (currently)

Damn dual locked !!! Badass. I've been drooling over a fzj80. They came factory SAS and front and rear lockers. Like really !!!! Why God lol. I'm debating wether to trade my fully build 97 for a 94 fzj80 that has a 6" on 37" and only a rear locker.

I've got dual cases and one locker and thought it was pretty neat.

But nooooo. Not neat enough.

I have my dual setup all specced and priced out but unfortunately its just not in the cards financially right now...

A dual cased, dual locked rig that looks mostly stock is the end goal for me

This can only be done with a manual transmission yes?

You can do it in both.

Here is an example of an auto with dual cases.

Can be done with both but the auto is longer and requires cross member modification whereas it apparently just barely fits with the manual trans.

LOL. Everything feels like speed bumps now but how about these

I could have sworn that you were dual locked. Your totally neat enough

post up you stats and I will add you to the list. BTW a front locker would go great with a new LT front. Just saying

Just a suggestion: How about changing it to just dual cased 3rd gens? Anyone can throw 35's and a front locker in, but dual cases is a much more involved mod. I can see a lot of value in having all of the dual cased rigs compiled in one thread, lockers and 35's or not.
