So, according to this parts list for the rear shock bushing and cupped washer stack, the top and bottom washers should be the same part number. 90948-02131.
90948-02119 is the centering washer that covers the top of the bottom bushing and goes into the bottom of the shock mount hole. With different bushings for the top of the mount and the bottom.

When I got this rig in 2016 it had two different color rear shocks and only a washer on the top bushing no lower washer or centering washer. Needless to say the shocks being vertical now from out boarding the mounts, the lower bushing split and got kicked out due to a lack of a lower cupped washer.


This is what was on the old shocks. It’s got to be aftermarket because it’s hole isn’t big enough to also be used for the lower washer.
I did find one cupped washer with a larger hole to use as the bottom. Sadly not two hence spitting out a lower bushing.

I decided to do the Alt-s diode mod.

I bought a GM AC clutch diode, a fuse tap, and an inline fuse holder for the mini blade fuses.

I installed the diode in the top slot so it’s connect to the power lead. I crimped the in-line fuse holder to the power lead and installed the 7.5a fuse for the Alt-S circuit. I then crimped a blade terminal to the there end of the fuse holder and inserted the terminal into the lower socket on the right. 14.9v cold and 14.6 with a semi warm engine bay.

I had to trim the blade terminal to fit. I’ll get a correct width terminal this weekend.
