What rear shocks for 3" suspension lift + 2" body lift?

Just bought a 2000 4Runner with a 3" suspension lift and 2" body lift. Had it looked over at a shop. They said one rear shock is busted and that I should replace them.

I'm kind of a n00b, so just wondering if I could get some advice on what sort of rear shocks I should get.

The previous owner says he believes it's a Toyotech (I assume he meant Toytec) lift kit. So I did some searching and found this. Maybe this is it?

Take a picture of the front and rear suspension. Post it up and we should be able to tell you what shocks you have.

Actually I had taken some photos earlier tonight, but didn't realize the actual model info was visible.

The front coilovers you have look like Toytec's "ultimate lift" they used to offer which was a bilstein shock & eibach spring. I think they phased them out so they could sell there BOSS lift kit over the last couple years.

The rear shocks you have are commonly used for 3rd gen rear 3-4" lifts.

Cool. So are the rear shocks fine then for a 3" suspension + 2" body lift?

That is correct. Bilstein 33-187174 were originally designed for a 0-2" lift for 4th & 5th gen 4runners & FJ cruisers but it is also commonly offered as a rear shock option for a 3rd gen with a 3-4" lift.

A body lift will not be a factor for suspension parts.
