Are you sure you're getting fuel? Loosen nut of fuel filter and have a buddy start car. Just watch your eyes .

You pulled starter and tested it? Like stated what's battery voltage at standby and during crank?

He said it just clicks. Not cranking. So fuel is not the issue.

Quick shade tree voltage test - turn the dome light on and watch it while you try to crank. If it clicks and the light really doesn't dim much, it's not the battery. If it clicks and the light dims, the battery is weak.
A multimeter is better to put some numbers to it. But I'm with JayRolla - how do you know the starter is good? It's not uncommon for contacts in the starter to go bad, and when they do the symptoms are that it will click click click click crank.

Check all your grounds and connections. Sounds stupid but something being lose could definitely be the problem if the starter relay is clicking

My brand new Nippon starter did that the first day of use. Exchanged it for another no problems with second one.

Ive had no start/no crank issues from poor battery terminal connections before.
Check to see if they are tight. I have had my truck not start and they seemed tight. I removed the terminals and reconnected and all was fine.
Sometimes its really simple things that can help

I just had bad starter contacts and got the same symptoms. Will it crank after several tries?

I've had this happen several times in the past. It was always one of 3 things.
Dead battery.
Loose or corroded battery terminal connections
Bad starter contacts.
At one point, I had all 3 issues and it was a pain in the ass.
Have you tried jump starting?
