Cylinder 6 misfire issues

Hello,
I am having some issues with misfires specifically cylinder 6. I have read several postings on hear about this topic and tried almost everything mentioned. Looking for some advice on what should be next. 4Runner has 315K on it and timing belt, water pump, plugs, wires were all done then at 288K. I haven't been driving it really at all the past few months when this started since I have a Tundra to drive. This is what I have done since the issue came up....

1. Replaced coil for cylinder 6 & 1
2. Replaced plug wires
3. Cleaned MAF and throttle body
4. Swapped plugs from 4 & 6.
5. Checked cylinder compression and all were in spec and within 10psi of each other.
6. Cleaned air filter
7. Added seafoam to tank. (Have driven it through most of the tank)

Codes showing yesterday prior to cleaning MAF again. Now just cylinder 6 misfire shows.

Plug that was in cylinder 6 before I swapped them around. Others look about the same

Suggestions on what could be the issue? I am thinking injector but have heard they rarely go bad.

if compression is good, and misfires don't move with coils or plugs, than the only thing left is fuel. I've replace injectors on quite a few 3rd gens now, they usually fail around 200k, and since your looking at removing the intake you might as well replace the 3 injectors that are under there, The 1-3-5 injectors do not require removing the intake manifold. Also what's up with the M.A.F codes, you set those during testing?

The MAF codes were on there from a previous time. They did go away after I cleaned the MAF sensor. If I were to say the check engine light generally just comes on under load at higher RPM when going around 35-45 does that point directly at injectors? Most of the time just cruising the check engine light is off. The miss always seems to be noticeable.

Swap the injector from cylinder #6 with a different one from another cylinder, see if the misfire follows the potentially bad injector.

@krenaud33 did you go after the injector? Any updates? I have the same issue and did everything you did. Wondering if this was the culprit.
