hahah... i know i just wanted to see what people's reactions were when this is the extent of mud you can get on your car around me. that was from getting stuck after parking in someone's front yard at a party saturday night.
does anyone know where to offroad in the NOVA area?

yeah i couldn't put it in 4wd, considereing i wasn't moving- i didn't think i could do so. the pavement was about 6 inches higher than the grass, and i was parked perpendicular to the street so when i tried to back out, one of my tires cought the pavement but the other didn't and i could hear VSC click-click-clicking away as it tried to get traction. eventually i pulled forward (not much room since there was a fence) and then back into R and floored it and finally got out.

I hear there is some good offroading at the George Washington National Forest out west.
We had a forum offroading trip out to Rausch Creek last year. That was a great time and I wouldn't be suprised if we go again next year

you seem to be tricking everyone around here, first posting RDX pics in the 3rd gen section and now this!
but seriously, i heard there are some SICK back yards that are uncharted around the WV area by the new river!!

hahahahaha, oh and for further reference, you can engage 4wd while your not moving, just throw the shifter forward and get it in 4lo, mine seems to go into 4lo faster and easier than 4hi

I'm sure this thread will soon be linked to at every non yota off-roading board
Kelly, is it safe to assume you're a female Kelly and not a male Kelly? I can't see a guy ever admitting to getting stuck in a front yard

wow, i am really getting burnt in this thread!
their were also cars parked on either side of me so my only choice was to go straight back i tried to explain it but the next best thing i can do is draw a picture...
also i have traction control that i can't turn off, not sure about your sport ed.
