Flex/drive plate tightening sequence

What is the tightening sequence to bolt the flex plate to the crank and to the torque converter?

96 T4R 3.4 liter auto 4wd.

Also is there a how-to thread or possibly a video on replacing the flex plate? I can't find one specifically for a 3rd gen 4runner.

Thanks
