Killer write up! I had to do this job twice a couple summers back because I screwed up the first time and I didn't replace the camshaft plugs (just reused).
I will also add to the voices of caution on your gratuitous use of FIPG though. I definitely read the same things about it being bad to apply too much of that stuff, so I'd err on the side of caution and just go with the recommended application amounts and call it good.

As OP mentioned, you can reuse these. I did, and I'd recommend against it only because FIPG is a huge pain in the ass to clean off completely. It really does add a lot of time to the job, and if you've never done this on your truck you're going to be cleaning up a lot of other things along the way and you'll appreciate spending the few extra bucks on the half moons.
