Holy crap that's tall! What's your frame height at the drivers door(from ground to bottom of frame)?
Looking forward to seeing pics of her on the trail stretching her legs!

Tranny crossmember question
Sweet build, I’m doing something similar but 3 link in the front. What did you end up doing for the transmission crossmember?

Update Pics/Trail Ride at URE Video
Since last posting I've removed a few leafs from the front/rear and it sits much lower. Changed out the TrailGear box because it had way too much play in it. Picked up a box from Marlin Crawler and its way better. In the meantime going to put a steering stabilizer on it but not going to put the hydro-assist on yet because I need to tap it. Also installed a Power Flow powersteering system.
Currently in the works:
Rear tube bumper/tire carrier
Radius Arm conversion
Some kind of interior roll cage/storage area

Update
I finally managed to get a DD/Tow rig (2005 Dodge Ram 3500) so shes going under the knife again once I can clear the garage out. This time Im not on a short time crunch and have more tools and skills. Laser table and better welder/welding skills will be employed this go round. Currently sitting on basically the same setup pictured above, but the front has been converted to to 14" King coil overs. Long story short I cannot stuff those puppies into the current setup I have and make it even remotely drivable. Thing drives like its on stilts in the front because I cant set the mount on the axle wide enough from the frame. One tons will be inbound soon when I can find a set I like. Beadlocks, cage, chop top, rear cantilevers, lots of fun stuff planned. Rear needs work because axle wraps slightly. Lots of cleanup on slider welds, bumpers, etc. I also plan on fabricating a rear cantilever setup from scratch so stay tuned for that. This project has a completion goal of 06/15/2021. Id love to be able to get a decent summer/fall/winter wheeling rotation in for the first time in a while. Will get some pictures of the current setup soon. Id like for this thing to be a bullet proof crawler ready to take on whatever I put it through. Suggestions are greatly appreciated and will be considered.
GOALS:
Low Center of Gravity
Decent Ground Clearance
Stuff 4Deez
Make rear cantilever
Fit 14" fronts
1 Tons all around
Triple stick gearbox
LOTS OF CONTROLLED TRAVEL

Every damn day I wish for an SAS.
That stance goes great with the lift - looks really good for how tall it is

I like where this is going!
If you haven't yet, be sure to check out this thread of Pirate, this guy did everything you said you'd like to do: tons, 40s, cantilever rear, low, etc etc 1 Ton 4Runner | Pirate 4x4
For axles, I suggest Superduty axles, they are driver drop, high pinion, and cheap.
