Bilstein 5100 with Eibach 620's stiff/rough?

Just installed my lift on the weekend, I went with the Bilstein 5100's with the Eibach 620 coils in the front and Ome 861's and stock fj80 shocks.

I thought the 861's where gonna be a stiff ride since i don't have any armor yet but they seem to ride nice and sit nice and tall.

My front setup though feels super rough, as if its not actually dampening any bumps and feels super stiff. Like it's hopping and bouncing after I hit a bump. I have read a lot of threads and everyone seems to like this shock/spring setup even without a bumper/winch setup.

I did set my shocks to the 3rd height adjustment, is that maybe to much? My upper ball joints look like they are at a pretty bad angle as well.
I also did get my bottom spring perch installed correctly so that's not the issue, either I am missing something here or I really hope these settle in haha.

Yes, that's too much. lol

I had it on the first perch with stock bumper and it was great(for me). After I put my bumper and winch on I moved it up to 2. By having it at 3 you've increased the pre-load and it's gonna be rough with stock weight.

Yeah and you'll easily lose an inch with sagging in the rear over the next couple weeks. My 891s settled about 1.25" after the first month, ended up putting airbags in because they were too soft.

My Eibach front were on the bottom perch and gave exactly 3" before winch. Now I'm closer to 2.5" when I get my bumper on next week I expect I'll be pulling them off and going up a notch.

No, 1st or bottom notch until you add weight.
