No worries, as I'm not in a rush for it. Just planning ahead for the body lift, and fuel tank swap.
Still need to buy 4.88 gears and 35's

Also, I am Wrench.n.wheel on instagram, mods if you could change my tag name here to Wrench.n.wheel I would appreciate that.

Nice, looks gooooooood! Can't wait to get mine now lol. How long did it take to weld everything up? Any difficult parts
@ krutoydiesel
?
Also what hitch receiver did you use? Did you use one that had a lip on it? Can't seem to find any plain receiver tube.

It probably took me around 30 hours to completely finish it. Just take your time and tack before you go full bore welding everything, triple check everything or you will have a bad time.
I used a 5" Curtis receiver with a lip on the end. The bumper is designed for the receiver lip to be flush with the rear face.

Awesome, that doesn't sound that bad then. Also good to know about the receiver lip.
Still have to do the body lift and f-150 tank swap as well, but I figure I can do the tank swap after the bumper is all mounted up. Looks like next Thursday is the delivery day yay!
I'm assuming
@ eimkeith
is working on a how to post for this?

Can you post some photos of the box damage? Also - was there anything written on the box?

Sure thing. The outter box wasn't to bad but the boxes with the wings and small parts got banged up badly. Got more pics but you'll get the idea. One wing bottom flange was bent (straightened it already) and the frame tie in broke free from it's tack welds (tacked it back together already). Only thing written on it was 112 pounds.
Not upset or anything just wanted to give you a heads up.
Edit - in the other pics you can see the USPS box.

ooh that's frustrating. I'm shipping ground to keep the costs down, but it looks like FedEx air-dropped that box to you. :/
(on another bumper, they're claiming the actual weight is 190 pounds ($$)
ugh.

Yes shipping heavy crap sucks (I ship out DPF's that are 90+ pounds and cost over 9k$) the paperwork is a nightmare.
Funny thing is the FedEx driver dropped the box onto another person's smaller box and it flattened it lol. Said well you might not want to do that. But yeah, I'd say fill the wing boxes with some type of padding and use hd zip ties to hold down the USPS box. But that's just my .02 cents worth. Everything thing was fixable so no worries.
I just need to get off my butt and put in the bl and get cracking.
