Is this wiring stock?

Can anyone tell me if this wiring is stock? Just bought an '02 4runner a few days ago... If it is stock then what are the two disconnected harnesses for?

Is this wiring stock?

Red wire? No.
Green wire? No.
Black wire? No.
Connectors are pre-wiring for the OEM seat heaters that the '01/'02 Limited came with.
Looks like the black connector has had the sheathing cut off for some reason. Looks like it might have to do with those random, poorly routed aftermarket wires.
I'm gonna assume someone did a DIY alarm install there.
The green is going to the parking light circuit, black is grounded, and the red looks like a pair- for the "valet" button.

Thanks! I was having weird alarm issues before you helped me to realize it was aftermarket. All fixed (disabled) now.
