I've been waiting for this sale. I'm interested in the Matterhorn.
Last week, it cost $849. Today, the 4R racks page says it's $849, starting as low as $721.65. Now, I go to the Matterhorn page, and it says it's $989, marked down to $840.65. It shows up that price in the cart as $840.65.
Do I need to enter a code, or have I been hit with the usual Black Friday nonsense of raising the price to get it back down to the normal price?

There are drop-down items, for different finish not only on the side panels, but also the bars.
Changing those will update a price.

A little more than 4 years after I first posted in this thread, my rack has been ordered (a few days ago... lazy to come to the forum and post). Now the waiting begins.

Has anyone upgraded from an Antero to a Matterhorn?
Seems the only things I'd need are -
side panels x 2
crossbars x 4
front mounting feet x 2
wind fairing x 1
Been on the fence of going from my Antero to a full-length Matterhorn.
Maybe I can get my military discount; have bought the Waterport mount, Roam case mount, and a few more things without it

Dang I would have bought the Antero off you and you could've put the $350? towards a new Matterhorn...... I'm down in MoCo regularly......oh well I snagged a new one anyway. Message the Flemster here on T4R.ORG and see what he says.....

Oof
Yeah I've toyed with the idea for awhile now really.
The Antero gets it done, but sometimes I want an RTT like I had on my Tacoma.
And I need to update my info; I'm in the Fresno County now. Only my storage and some family members reside in Monterey County.

Gotcha. FWIW, I have seen RTTs on Anteros. I just plan to carry gear up there but I'm also going to cut a plywood sheet for a platform to chill on with a beverage and chair under my umbrella.....

This is correct, we can make up a custom invoice for the components needed for the upgrade, just send us an email!

I would assume this is the way to do it.
