Is anyone running "TRD 17-In. Matte Black Alloy Wheel - Trd Pro" on their 3rd Gen ?
Is anyone running the:
TRD 17" Matte Black Alloy Wheel PTR20-35110-BK
https://trdshop.carlocktoyotaoftupel...k-ptr2035110bk
on their 3rd Gen ?
If so, I have 3 questions for you.
1. Is the off set the same as stock - or do they stick out wider?
2. Can you post a couple of pictures ?
3. Will they fit over the Tundra Brake upgrade?
Thank you.

That's a great price !
FWIW I'd bet the 17's will work with the larger Tundra calipers .
Any idea what the back spacing and offset is on those wheels ?

I'm fairly certain I've seen them on a 3rd Gen on this site.

They're all over ebay at various prices. There's a few pics in the 3rd gen gallery of guys running them. I'm going to try and get the wife on board with these wheels when tire time comes.

Thanks guys.
I should have mentioned - my primary reason for looking at this rim is so I can go with these tires (BFG KO2 265/70-R17 Load C):

Thinking about picking up a set of these for my '99, with a set of 17" KO2's.
When I upgrade to a 2018 or '19, the wheels and tires will come with me.
That's a great price. I wonder if they ship to Canada.

I run them on my '98, I used 1.25" spacers for a better look but they actually fit better without spacers. They stick out 4mm more then a stock 16" twinspoke, cant speak for other factory wheels though.
My truck
Edit: And they do fit over the 231 tundra brakes with or without spacers.

Thank you very much for the reply - and the link - I missed that thread and I was able to find a couple other 3rd gens with these wheels.
My 1999 has the skinny black flares so I'm thinking these wheels are going to be just what the doctor ordered - so that I can run the BFG KO2 265/70-R17 Load C
Thanks again.

Sorry for the late reply to your PM. I am in Europe at the moment. Don't have any pics at the moment to show how far they stick out.

I got a set!
Haven't installed them yet, going to lift first then run Skinnys 255/80/17 Cooper Max. Will post pics when done. Thinking Sonoran 7.2.

Thanks for the reply.
I bought a set and they arrive next week.
I think I'm going 265/70R17 KO2
but I might try to squeeze LT275/70R17 KO2
I have roughly a 2" lift

Get the 1.2. The 890's in the 7.2 dont hold weight very well.

Now that is a nice T4R!
I'm still in superstock mode.. but this is tempting me.
