Fuel leak stops. Now have a blue liquid on outside of fuel filter. Hard start getting

So I've been having a few issues with my truck. So I started tinkering and tweakin on it. Not knowing what the hell I'm doing but getting stuff done. I won't go into each different thing I've done but I'll tell you that the issues that I began with are only getting worse.

I've had a hard start since I got it. I've researched and did some troubleshooting and decided what to do. Spark plugs changed but still hard start persist. I didn't change my wires because I was told that they really shouldn't be changed unless plugs are burnt at the connection. Idk. So I skipped the wires and went to the fuel filter after having a reader diagnose that fuel system 1 in CLOSED LOOP and fuel system 2 is NA I believe. So basically I read it was lean. Idk if it was necessary for the fuel filter or if I should've changed the O2 sensor or if the fuel pressure regulator has gone bad.

It's getting harder to start my engine and I do a lot of stop and go driving and even the freeway is slow moving stop and go. But when I get the chance to drive faster than 30-40 mph I do no more than 65 mph and I use cruise control mostly. Any advice on that connected to the sputtering I get while driving?

Another issue at start up is a short loud squeal from a belt. It immediately goes away once I tap the gas pedal. The belt feels tight and it only happens at start up. Hot or cold

The fuel filter isn't leaking gas anymore. But it is leaking something blue. And I wouldn't say it's actually a leak more like I see a blue droplet of some substance. Any ideas? I have a picture below

Fuel filter is still leaking. Unless your truck runs on Honda OEM coolant.

As far as your starting problem, that could be the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve.

You need to figure which belt is loose. It's probably the ALT belt as it is the longest. I forget of the top of my head what the deflection is but I know the has to be pretty tight.
