Love the mod, great job. Not ethical for me though, I never have passengers in the back lol.

Ha this is perfect! I currently have the USB outlet in the rear that you gave me but I have nothing for the back seats. I'll be getting one of these soon.

i almost ordered one of these just because it is so damn cool, and who knows, maybe one day having power in the back seats will be useful! right now, the only passenger in the rear is my dog lol.

in for scangauge mount, and if you can make the sunglasses holder into a carling-type switch mount, that'd be pretty cool too!

Are they still not showing up? Maybe you're on a work/school network that has imgur blocked. If you give me your email address I can send you them directly

Printing out the design this weekend OP, expected ~ 2.5 hr print @ 9gs material. I havnt ordered my wire kit yet however. I thinking of using one slot for a dual USB charging port and the other outlet for a toggle LED push light slot. Ill lyk how it goes.

Cool thanks for the update!
Have you though about how you're going to step the voltage down from 12V (car battery) to 5V (USB outlets)? This is one of the reasons I wanted to hook my rear USB outlet directly up to my stereo, which has two USB outputs at something like 5V, 1.9A max. I'm sure there's a way though, plenty of people hardwire USB charging outlets into their car.

I had a few ideas run through my head but my best solution so far would be to install an inline step down like Option 1 or Option 2. If I already had my aftermarket deck installed I would lean that way and draw it from the stereo.

A charging outlet should have built-in regulators.

I ordered this so I would need some resistance (Jedi pun ) either from cap's or a transformer like the previous links. If you have a better product recommendation I would love to hear it!

The product description shows that it has built-in 5V regulators. You should be fine. Its actually a 12 outlet with a dual 5V plug included...

More parts arrived today....
..but the two-hole design is already sold out! Lots of people paid in advance this part and I suggest you do the same if you want one. I have a few of the one-hole and no-hole parts on hand too, ready to ship (see 1st post, I just updated it). I'm going to place an order for 10 or 15 of the two-hole parts tonight.
In other news, I successfully printed my compact mudflap design. Sorry for the crappy pics - you can click on them to view them larger, but they still suck because of the lighting. The print took about 23 hours on a Makerbot Replicator 2X using ABS filament. I still have to check the fit and then if all is well I'll print the left side. Then I'll need to sand, prime, sand, and paint them.
OEM SR5 mudflap on top (white powder was applied to help with the 3D scanning process) and my compact design is on the bottom:
