Where is this information usually stored? in the repair manual? - I need to find it for my 03 4Runner. I want to power up the old ECU which is acting weird and see if I can ID what the problem is.

Sort of, there's a companion manual for each vehicle known as an Electrical Wiring Diagram for that specific year. You can sometimes find them on sale on Ebay.

The TIS site has them for download for a fee. Some members have access as part of their work and all that. 03's are 4th Gens so unfortunately I'm not of any help, all my files I have are for 3rd Gens.

I have an O6 manual. Send me your email address and I will share my dropbox folder with you.
