Exclamation 1998 ECU Wiring Diagram? TIS site gone...

Hi all,

Was going to rent the TIS manual for my 4Runner today, and the site doesn't exist anymore! I'm so bummed I did not do this sooner... I do have the 2002 manual that floats around on the forums here but the ECU wiring is very different.

Does anyone have access or is willing to scan the page for a 1998 ECU wiring diagram/pinout? I am about to start wiring in a piggyback ECU via a patch harness, except I've got no clue which wire is which.

@TheDurk , by chance might you have this one?

Odd, I can't access my tis.toyota.com account either right now. the website is showing to be down. I'll try again later for you.

Oh, does it still exist? If it does was just going to buy a subscription and download, but it looks to be gone.

It's missing the identifying page though. I found that page, but doesn't tell me which wires are which. There's a page that says what every single wire does on those connectors, which is what I need.

Yeah the old manual has been removed pretty much from every site. I did what I could for downloading it when I was able to. I think you want this, right?

Yeah, that's the ECU side so that's very helpful too.

Thanks for the link! That site has both the ECU engine wiring and the description on the pin-out, so if I put the two together that's going to be pretty darn close to what I need. I'm looking for the camshaft, MAF, injector and ground wiring so I think this will work for that. Appreciate it to both of you!

You are awesome! That actually is perfect, it shows every wire on each connector.
