Are there any others known?
Also @Dirtyfingers I know he was having some issues, not sure if he got them all ironed out.

can I but in?

I really liked the video. I wish I had made one. I have a 03 double cab with the 06 tundra v8. It is awesome. I did some similar things to my swap as Mike did. I also folowed singtoe and a few others. We did them about the same time too. April 28th to june for mine. I just wanted to get in and share. My thread is not as good as a video but it's all I have. My build thread is at https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/...8-swap.513323/. I want to find the radiator that Mike used.

Thanks for another awesome video! Especially a video on a V8 swap. Really really cool stuff!

You've helped me decide if I ever want more power, I'll go supercharger lol.

Definitely a cool swap and one I hope to have one day. Cool to see some of the process and steps it takes to make this possible. I’m about halfway through watching the video and can’t wait to finish it up.

Mikey is revving the engine right at the beginning of the video.

Yeah I got it mostly figured out and I’ve been daily driving my truck. It’s pretty much a stock tundra. Next mod is. supercharger.

Bump for an awesome build, and hopefully some more info on the fan shroud.

What material is the shroud made of? How much room is between the core and shroud? What kind of rubber are the flaps made of?

Again, awesome work!!

Well my HG went out on my 01. I always said I'm putting a V8 in it when it goes. Well it's time. Researching has began. Any tips would be greatly appreciated

What makes you say that? Are you getting any coolant loss? Any roughness when it is first started in the morning?

The only signs I'm getting are pressurized coolant lines. Top and bottom and when you open the radiator cap and rev the engine coolant will over flow out of the radiator and coolant was spewing out the overflow vent

Hmmm I would do a leak down and compression test first before jumping the gun
