Mine just got here today!!! It'll probably take me a couple of weeks to finish up another project and get it welded up and attached, I'm sure others will have theirs done before me.
I'm excited to get welding on this bad boy though. I've got some leftover DOM from bike frame I was working on that I'm gonna see about doing some diagonal bars with (not unlike what Famous did on his homemade bumper).

SRQ / True North Fabrications DIY Front Bumper Kit
Working on the bumper today...it’s freaking awesome. From start to basically having it all together has taken me literally less than 2 hours.
I still need to run some good thick seams on some interior points, do solid seams on the outside, grind it down, etc. but the fit and tabs are amazing and make this a really easy job.
I will say, there is a little bit of wiggle room with the first couple of steps, so it’s definitely good to just tack those. I had to grind one weld off so I could get the first main face plate to fit.
Here are some progress pics

This is mine all welded up. It’s been too cold to paint so it won’t be going on my 99 for probably 2 weeks at least which sucks. Sorry for side pic I’m on phone

Looks bad to the bone! What lights are you going with? I started a thread with a few of my choices but it hasn’t gotten any love yet.

I do like the square-ish cutouts more in the updated design, look tough.

I’m gonna get some PIAA 510 ion yellow fog lights. Or maybe an equivalent KC light if they’re cheaper.

I can get KC lights for you through the site. Let me know which ones you are interested in.

Got almost all the welding and almost all the grinding done, just a little touch up work needed, then paint and mount!
@ SRQ-Runner
One last piece of welding is the grill guard. In the instructions it says to weld it to the angled part of the bumper which puts it at an angle.
I kinda dig the taller look - is there a reason I can’t weld it straight up and closer in? Will I have clearance issues? It’s hard to tell with it not on the runner.

You’d be hitting the grill if you welded it on the flat top piece.
