Installed the 01-04 Tacoma TRD front swaybar with Sonoran Steel endlink brackets. So far road manners are night and day comparing to no bar at all.

My “Forever” 4Runner, 02 Stellar Blue Sport

ULR’s installed along with custom fabbed UCA’s
ULR’s from @eimkeith and very easy to install. I’m a rookie to welding so they may not look phenomenal but the heat penetration is good. I struggle with being in weird positions and nozzle angle, but that means room for improvement.
UCA’s are built using MetalCloak Duroflex joint’s part# 7320, Trail Gear threaded bung inserts, and DOM tubing. The mount body side needs a little massaging so the joint does not bind. These links are beefy, and probably overkill to be honest.

I need to get some 1/2 grade 8 bolts for the links as that is the bolt hole size for the joint. Also a washer to fill space between each joint and mount. Aside from those small things, I can now adjust pinion angle, not worry about bending an upper link or having the link mount fold over.

Info given on the website shows them to be impressive. They are definitely beefy though. Time will tell though.

I dropped off Bella at my local fabricators shop for a new front bumper. He nailed it, exactly how I wanted the design. This week it will be clear coated, and reinstalled with the winch.

I’ll have more pictures once it is all back together.

Bumper has been clear coated, and everything installed.

Light bar is a 27” dual function from Apex Overland.
I’m still using the Warn VR8000 winch but I replaced the original solenoid pack with a SuperWinch contactor unit

I also replaced the Custom Splice brand synthetic rope with a 80’ 3/8” rope from C4RS, along with their hawse fairlead and finished it off with a Factor55 Prolink.
I am very pleased with how it all turned out.

One issue I did run into was the wiring diagrams differed from what my Warn remote has and what online sources gave. Also the SW contactor wiring differed on a couple sites. Trial and error solved the problem and thankfully without burning up anything.

ATR 2019 was a phenomenal weekend. I highly recommend it. Filled with awesome trails, amazing people, and beautiful rigs.

Man that looks like such a good time. I wanted to go so bad but that was e-locker/regear weekend for me.

Make plans next year! It is a phenomenal event. 72,000 acres and over 300 miles of trail from a gravel road to guaranteed body damage. Vendor booths, giveaways including a CVT tent, Dometic fridges (yes, multiple), skids plates, bumpers, sliders, etc. You'll make a bunch of new friends too.

I'm gonna have to make a point to. Were the trails crowded?

Not at all this year. I went out with a friend and we ran into maybe 7 rigs on each trail. A handfull more SxS's, but they just pass right on by.
Now group rides might get a little crowded, and while I highly recommend doing a group ride for a first timer, it isn't necessary.
