First, you need an EWD. See attached. Check.
You need a meter or test light.
Then, confirm you have key on power to the blue-red wire at Pin 4 on the rear door switch. If not, report back.
If so, then see if you have ground on the red-blue wire on Pin 5 and the green wire on Pin 2. If not, report back.
If both the above are good, jump ground and 12V+ directly to the motor on the light-green and blue-yellow wires at Pin 3 and 1, respectively. Then reverse the connection. No action here means bad window motor or motor connection.
