Help—rear passenger side power window won’t roll up or down

Rear passenger side power window won’t roll down. All other power windows work just fine. I tried both the switch on the master control panel on the driver’s door as well as its own switch on the rear passenger door. I also made sure the power windows control button on the master control panel was not pressed.

How to trouble shoot it? Thanks!

Probably the motor if it's isolated to just that one window.

First, you need an EWD. See attached. Check.

You need a meter or test light.

Then, confirm you have key on power to the blue-red wire at Pin 4 on the rear door switch. If not, report back.

If so, then see if you have ground on the red-blue wire on Pin 5 and the green wire on Pin 2. If not, report back.

If both the above are good, jump ground and 12V+ directly to the motor on the light-green and blue-yellow wires at Pin 3 and 1, respectively. Then reverse the connection. No action here means bad window motor or motor connection.
