White Knuckle Rock Sliders

Hello All:

I would like to place an order for a set of White Knuckle Off Road Rock Sliders with these options:

Toyota 4Runner 3rd Generation 1996-2002 Rock Sliders
Tube Steel Type: DOM (Stronger)
Finish: Matte Black Powder Coat
Body Lift: Stock
Diamond Top Plate: Rear Diamond Top Plate

It comes out to over $900 with shipping!

I have done a lot of research and White Knuckle Off Road seems to be the best quality and design that is not a custom set. Does anyone have a group discount code or are any of you interesting in starting a group buy for this? I can contact them and see how many orders need to be placed for a discount. Please let me know.

It's your money, but I wouldn't spend $900 of mine on sliders. There are a few other companies making quality sliders for less than half of that price.

I would pass if it were me. I would get HREW sliders, bare metal, and no diamond plate. I would also get sliders from 4xInnovationsa, and for 375% less than White Knuckle.

I feel that DOM on sliders is a bit much. I also don't see a need for adding diamond plating, and I don't like the look. Powder coat is expensive, and not as easy to touch up. If you feel you won't need to touch up the powder coat you definitely won't need DOM.

You can get fully welded Trail Gear sliders from Jegs for $300. You will have to paint and weld them on but I think that can be done for less than $600

BTW, I'm not endorsing either brand/seller mentioned. My sliders are DOM from XO-Fab for $242 delivered

I was considering WK but the price is ridiculous with the add on's.

I went with BAMF, just as beefy & has a top plate option for half the price. Cost me $400 with the Black Fri discount.

The Trail Gear stuff is cheap Chinese steel, the gussets are sold separately & 4Xinnov comes in pieces so if you cant weld you have to pay for the time for your welder to put it all together so you dont really save any money. Also look at CBI & Shrockworks.

I called Shrockworks and they had me waiting for ever.... called White Knucle and they answered immediately. They do have a discount online code from IH8MUD "mudmember18". I had them on my LC 80 series and they are excellent.

Just ordered mine for a 5th gen.

You know why? Because Shrockworks isn't charging $900 for sliders! LOL

Wow! Very expensive in my opinion, compared to a lot of other competitors prices...
