Timing belt kit

I'm sure there are a lot of posts on this but search didn't turn up much. Are the aftermarket kits good enough or should I spend the $ for Toyota. Anyone with any first hand experience? V6.

@infamousRNR , myself and many many others on this forum have had a good experience with the Aircabinman kit available on Ebay.

If you're planning on doing the job yourself, the videos below may help you out. Please be sure to watch Part 2 because we show a better way to get the belt on as well as share other important information. Also, please read the video descriptions and pinned comments because we offer a lot of helpful information there aa well.

I used the Timing Belt Kit Company for the last two. Very happy, Asin and OEM parts.

+1 for the AirCabinMan kit.

I got this, recommended by Tim in his first video.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-3-4L...eUhWfA&vxp=mtr

DO watch the 2nd video. He mentions keeping the tensioner loose until the new TB is fully on, and that trick is gold.
It mounts from the bottom, so keeping it loose (have the mounting bolts *barely* teethed in) will give you several MM of slack so you can slide the belt right on.

what do you guys think about this kit?

For Toyota 3.4L V6 Engine Water Pump &Timing Belt Kit Tacoma Tundra 4Runner T100 | eBay

need the serpentine belts now, but will change the timing belt and all other parts this summer. Looking for all OEM parts. I really don't want Chinese knockoffs if thats even a thing. I've looked at aircabinman as well.

If you're interested I have the kit off ebay that's linked above. I bought it and then decided not to do the install myself and my shop won't install parts that aren't theres. Make me an offer if you're interested.
