OEM Parts List Stock Up?

As our vehicles age I know some parts will start to become NLA. Ive seen it on a few misc parts on my 80 series and a number of my other older vehicles and it got me to thinking what parts should I grab now and stock pile?

Thanks in advance, if this list has been compiled before please send link.

Radiator
LBJ's
Bearing sets (rear)

My thoughts went towards seals and bearings. Particularly in the rear axle. Maybe get a few timing belt kits lol.

I can appreciate your forethought on this. I have been thinking about it myself lately.

It would be ideal if there were some sort of system to let us know in advance when parts will be phased out. Not sure if Toyota would do this or if they just quietly pull the plug one day?

LBJ's as non of the aftermarket are safe.

Most oil seals should be available for many years to come, but since those won't cost a lot, so best keep few in stock.

I got mechanical HVAC so should last a lifetime. Electronics, never no!

I am still getting OEM parts for my 92 Sprinter.

We are already long out of the required time that Toyota has to make any replacement parts... they are only required to supply parts for 10 years. They will keep making popular parts as long as they keep selling (I just got a rebuilt OEM rack from Toyota for my '89 Camry, for instance) - but body parts and other 'odd' things are probably already becoming NLA.

I’d say. Wheel bearings. Seals for it, and hardware.

They make more money selling parts than they do on selling the entire vehicle. If I can't get OEM parts it will be time to sell. Not like it's a rare classic car that will gain value.
